It can be easily put in the door frame - without drilling or screwing - and resists loads up to 136 kg.The training possibilities on the Iron Gym chin-up bar Xtreme are varied. Many torso exercises are possible by which you can accomplish your strength training at home. You work with your own weight as training resistance on the door bar. In order to be able to use efficiently the variety of strength training exercises at home, the delivery of the Iron Gym chin-up bar Xtreme includes a training manual and a nutrition guide.
Exercise varieties with the door bar of Iron Gym are very high, so that you can also use it on the floor. Besides many chin-up varieties (i.e. wide, neutral, narrow grip), which you can accomplish on the chin-up bar put in, the door bar can be used on the floor, i.e. for push-ups, dips. or sit-ups.
